Not sure what to say?

Dear Carol, I am so sorry. I will be keeping you and your family in my prayers.

My heart goes out to you. Sending love.

I remember Vern from our early days of junior high counseling. He moved to senior high and I to administration. We were both very blessed to work in Ladue, the very best district in the state. My gratitude to Chuck McKenna who was an exemplar of what a superintendent could be for students, staff, and many parents. I hope Vern woul agree

Vern was.very special to many people. I will.never forget my 70+.year friendship with him.
