I'm truly sorry we lost touch with Shari and Vernon for the last few years. Phone numbers get lost, your sense of direction sucks and you think you have plenty of time when things settle down. I found out you don't.
Vernon was a true friend, one of those few you can count on one hand and I'll miss him. Shari is another of those few true friends and I plan on lots of games, etc. with Shari in the future.

It is so hard to believe that he is not with us anymore! I know that Vernon is in a better place. I thank God for the peace and comfort that he is giving our family! The only real peace that we have is in the Lord! I pray for Shari & Vernon Jr. everyday for there loss. I know how much they loved him. We all loved him! He was a listener & gave good advice! I was blessed to know Vernon for only a short time.We met when he was in the hospital.I know the special love that existed between him and his wife.My deepest sympathy to Shari, Vernon's children and other family members.
