Vernon Williams PORTSMOUTH - Vernon "Sleepy" Williams, 90, of the 800 block of Madison St., died Feb. 16, 2009. A funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church. Corprew Funeral Home is in charge.
