She was the best neighbor anyone could have had. And such a beautiful yard. When they say she was a hard worker, that is an understatement. I will always remember her especially as she was the person that gave me my first haircut after I got gum in my hair! Her mother (Mrs. Topar) was there and directed Vera on how to cut my long hair.
