Not sure what to say?

Dear Sandy and David,

I just learned of your mother's passing. I am so sorry to hear the news. She was a wonderful person. I have fond memories of her when I was growing up. She was good friends with my parents and watched me and my sister when we were in grade school. She also was a part of many celebrations, graduations from grade school, high school and nursing school. I have fond memories of the beautiful Christmas trees she decorated with layers of cotton and blue lights. ...

Hi David and Sandy. I am so sad to hear of your mom's death. Your mother and mine, Agnes, lived next door to each other on York Street. Your mother would provide lunch to my sister, Ginny, and me while my mother worked in her yardage store. This was in the mid 50's. I babysat David while your mother worked at the hospital. We loved your mother. I was a great admirer or her beautiful nails. The most popular song then was IT'S A ONE EYED ONE HORNED FLYING PURPLE PEOPLE EATER. Take care...
