I can't think of a more beautiful, gracious lady than Vera. She has been in my life since our move to Oregon City and I shared dance lessons with her daughter Mo. In recent months, my son came to visit his Grandma who was eating dinner with Vera. My son can be a talker and Vera had the patience of job while he talked away. My son talked about that conversation for weeks. I loved her smile and not matter how she felt, she always had that smile for me when I showed up. Mom and I will miss...

I have known Verasince high school days. In recent years we met again and had luncheon And played cards with our mutual friends Pat Owens. and Bea. Crawford at the Elks in Oregon City. We had so much fun and lots of laughter. I will miss her so much. She was just a loving person.

Vera, the name we knew her by, was a truly lovely lady inside and out. As a neighbor in our Berry Park community we became acquainted with her at the many social gatherings. She was always gracious and friendly. Our favorite memory will be that smile and special twinkle in her eye.
