VERONICA C. JURIS (nee Motika) age 94. Beloved wife of the late Joseph; mother of Raymond (Janice), Philip (Cynthia) and Daniel (Laurie); grandmother of Stephen, Lisa (deceased), Jennifer Schick, Matthew, Amy Kanjuka, Christopher (deceased), Sarah Vivian and Jessica Fields; great-grandmother of six; sister of John, Mary Ann Thomas and the late Helen Kasovic and Michael; aunt and friend of many. Passed away Jan. 19, 2022. Funeral Mass Monday, Jan. 31, Blessed Trinity Church (14040 Puritas Ave.) at 12 noon where friends may call 11:00 AM until time of the Mass. (Face masks are encouraged) Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Association, 23215 Commerce Park, Suite 500, Beachwood, OH 44122.

Very sad to hear of Aunt Virgie's passing. What a wonderful person! Growing up and then when visiting, I always enjoyed seeing her at church, then sitting in the back while she took a break and catching up. She always had a smile on her face and something nice to say.... and my mom and dad always looked forward to seeing her on Sundays. The Church would not have functioned seamlessly without her.
