Read MoreWrapped in the many hugs I received from the Lucas family during Christmas there was always the slap on the back from Dan and the hand hold from Ronnie at the close of the holiday to send me out and back into the world. They shared without asking for a return. And today, like the lovely photo in their home, they stand together in heaven next to Mother Teresa. God shares now.

I worked with Dan and he invited me for drinks at his house where he introduced his wife. I felt welcome immediately and I found the conversation intellectually stimulating and refreshing. A bright lady with a good set of basic values. My condolences.

I first met your mom when I was about 4yrs old. She was a college student and good friend with my sister Mary Jane Lynch Coleman. They were a wonderful group of young women who had a lot of fun together. The couples all remained friends through out their lives. Growing up, I always thought your mom to be so beautiful and your dad so great. I named my first daughter Mary Veronica after her.I will keep your family in my prayers
