Veronica M. Matthews

Ronnie was ALWAYS a member of our church family whenever she visited Texas. She would step right in and volunteer at Vacation Bible School or any other event we had going on. She would go to lunch, go shopping, anything was alright with her. She was warm, kind and very friendly. Ronnie was loved by our entire congregation. Ronnie was a childhood friend. We were Girl Scouts together and , most memorably, took a field trip trip to Washington DC where our troop most memorably had our photo taken with then Senator John Fitzgerald Kennedy, paid a visit to the National Mosque, and enjoyed one another's company. Since my niece Bridget married her son and my sister Joyce enjoyed a lifelong friendship with her sister Michaleen, she has been a member of our Morrissey family for decades. We will miss her on earth but...
