She was a dedicated volunteer who spent countless hours on the phone with people in need. I met Veronica when she volunteered at Love INC. She had deep empathy and compassion for those who called the ministry in search of help. We "broke bread" (lunched) together, prayed together, studied together, and laughed together. She was an amazing woman and I am so thankful I had the privilege of knowing her. My deepest sympathy to her family.
