All of us in the Camarillo branch of AAUW were saddened by the loss of our very special Veni. She made life interesting because she was so full of life. We will be printing a brief story of her life in our January newsletter.

Dear Nancy and Dwight.
She was our special neighbor for many years. We enjoyed many cups of tea together discussing life. I will always remember her with love. My Joe would always comment "there goes Veni with her cronies" as she left for another activity. She always accused me of cooking for her but it just happened that I cooked too much and was happy to share with her.
I am saddened for your loss.

Dear Dwight and Family,
I've always enjoyed the few times I had the pleasure of being with your mom. After reading about her life and who she was, I was struck by how much of her spunk and interest in life remained in her during the last years of her life. It sounds like she certainly lived a full life, and has left a great family as a beautiful legacy.
As one who has also lost both parents, my thoughts are with you as you navigate your loss.
Love,
Wendy
