I have fond memories of Ronnie -- she was my first on-the-job coach when I started my job at the agency where we worked. She was always patient and kind which helped minimize the nervous jitters we feel when we start a new job. She was always there to answer questions and provide guidance when I needed assistance. People like her are indeed a treasure. So sorry to hear she has passed away but know without a doubt she had a direct flight to heaven! You are in my thoughts and prayers.
