To the Family of Dr. Lacy: She was a remarkable woman in every respect, yet, she remained humble. She always treated everyone with the same respect as though they were her equal. I will always remember that and will truly miss this warm, intelligent woman of God.

To the family,

Dr. Lacy will continue to be an inspiration to me. She was my Biology teacher at Science & Engineering Magnet, when it was located at the Nolan Estes Building (1990-1994). I am now a Chemistry teacher in DISD, partly because of her. God truly blessed your family with a jewel, and thank you for sharing her with so many young people over the years. I will never forget how well she spoke "The King's English". Be comforted in knowing her soul is at rest.

What a beautiful and intelligent woman.

Hello Liz and Keith,

I know this time is both sad and a time of celebration. Your Mother as you know was an incredible Lady. She touched so many lives in a positive way including mine. I will truly miss her gentle strengh and loving words of encouragement. Also, those wonderful meals she use to cook for us to enjoy. God definitely blessed this world with her. I hope you all got the flowers from the Robinson Family. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Find...

Prayer, Time and Fond memories can heal broken hearts. Dr. Lacy
will always be remembered for being "Brilliant" in the classroom. I chose to major in science because of her. I met Dr. Lacy while attending a science summer program at Texas College as a high school student. I am a retired DISD science teacher. She will always have a special place in my heart. God's blessings to her family, friends and former students.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
