Vesta Baxter Anderson

I met Vesta when I began to hold worship services twice a month at Grand Park Assisted Living. Vesta rarely missed a worship service. She loved to sing the hymns and knew them all by heart. I was truly blessed by her especially at Christmas time in 2003. I was reading the scripture Luke 2: 1-20, as I read Vesta began to mouth the words and then her voice got louder and louder as she repeated from menory that whole passage. I will never forget how beautiful that was.
