Vicki was born on December 5, 1961 and passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017. Vicki was a resident of Maryland. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date to be announced. Vicki was a childhood friend. She was very passionate about things in her life. She was smart, funny, an athletic. A good friend. I will miss you Vicki. God bless you.
