Reb and Girls, Vicki was such a beautiful person inside and out. She always carried a smile and never had an unkind word about anyone. I cry remembering her and hurting at her loss. I am so glad to have known her and worked with her over the years at Norfolk Circuit Court. The world is a little less brighter without her but heaven is a little more fuller with her there.
