I was a long time neighbor o Jim and Diane Rektor and have good memories of Vickie. Just heard of her passing yesterday from Jim. I am so sorry to learn the news. My children grew up with the Blice kids. I worked in PTA with Vicki, she was always a kind, sweet lady, quick with a smile. I will always remember her sweet smile and laughter. My condolences to the Blice Family.
