To Stewart and Family,
I am very, very saddened to hear this news. Many, many days, when I was in uniform, I stopped by the restaurant. I was always treated like family. It was an oasis. I could breath easy. Many, many days, when I was feeling down, I could go in the shop and talking with Vickie would cheer me up. Very sorry about this sad news, Stewart.

Stew and Vicki's family,
I'm very sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of knowing Vicki when I lived in your residence in Crystal City. I remember her always being very nice to me, which as a new Arlington resident and police officer meant a lot. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
