Not sure what to say?

To David and family, I just found out that Vickie passed away several years ago from cancer. I'm so sorry for what she must have gone through and for the loss of your wife and mother. I remember her as a very sweet and kind lady.

Dearest Vickie. You and I were best friends in sixth grade at the Wasco School. You were the best best friend. When you missed a day of school for a cold, the other kids teased me because I was lost without you. I loved you, Vickie, your Mom, your Dad, Lawson, your house. I will miss you as long as I live.

Its hard to believe that its been 3 years. Every now and then I think of Vickie and her kind and caring voice. Especially when I am at church. I hope that my mother Nancy and she are singing together in the heavenly choir. She is missed every day. Sending love and prayers to David and her family.

The loss of a dear loved one can still be great even when some time has past. Knowing why we die and seeing how others cope with it can help relieve anxiety and restore your hope to see them again. (Romans 5:12; Acts 9: 36-42; John 11:5-44; John 6:40)

When Vickie and I attended Wasco Elementary School together many years ago she was kind and friends with everyone. It was lovely to read what a wonderful woman, wife, and mother she became. Although I moved to the west coast after college, I often thought of Vickie as someone I would love to reconnect with. My condolences to Marge, Norm, and Lawson, who I remember very well, and to her husband and children.

With warmest condolences,

Rest in peace with the Lord.

May our Lord bless and comfort you and your family during this time of grief. Please accept our sincere condolences.

Vickie was one of the most amazing and beautiful women I have known. Her faith kept her in a "bundle of love" as she had shared with me when we visited. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Vickie was a wonderful person, she always had a smile on her face, even when times were tough. Very caring and always concerned about others. She would light up a room just by walking into the room. I will always remember her for her kindness and compassion. The loss of a spouse and partner is difficult, but I know by the grace of God all will be well.
God Bless
