We had some good times in 4h with Vickie, her brothers and sons. Memories we will cherish and laugh about until we join her. I waited on Vicki and her boys at Weis Thurmont for many years. I could tell she was a great Mom and really loved her boys ...she was so proud of their accomplishments. May Vicki rest on peace and continue to watch over her son's David Souder
