Dear Bowlin family, I am Jenesa Wheelers aunt. The day that Vicky had her stoke in her car I was there and held her head in my hands and praying for her until the ambulance arrived. I felt in my heart that she was going to be okay. I was so heart broken to hear that she had passed later on during a brain surgery.
