Not sure what to say?

Dear Vicky,
We had some really great times together didn’t we? I can remember coming out with my Dad to see you when I was about 8 years old. Me and Brandon had some good fun that week! We have had other great times together, but what I will remember most is going up the Narrows on August 10th just as the sun was setting ,and crossing the river while it was high, to fulfill your last wishes. It was a beautiful night, and I think you would have been happy to see all of your family...

I too was so shocked and saddened to hear of Vicky's passing. I have such fond memories of our childhood- through High School. We had such fun. Dancing the Jitter-Bug in the basement of the Jefferson school! Wow! Teaching each other the "Art" of makeup! Thank you Kay for your informative entry. My thoughts will certainly be with your family on the 8th. She was "Some Special Lady"! My last good visit with Vic was when her Father died. That was so hard for her. She Loved her family so....

I just wanted to take a minute and let the Crockett family know that I am sorry to hear about Vicky. Last time I saw her was at Uncle Eldon's funeral, and I remember Vicky when I was younger and how I thought she was so pretty and nice and she was fun to be around. I know Vicky is with her father now and someday you will all be reunited. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.

I always loved when my Aunt Vicky came to Preston. There was fun and laughter and lots of good food to eat when she was here, and my Uncle Kay and Aunt Colette and cousins always came from Boise. I especially remember a visit my family made to her house when I was small. She took us on the train into St. Louis to see the sights. I remember walking around with her under the “Arch” seeing other cool things. I also remember chasing fireflies in her front yard and thinking how awesome that...

There will always be a special place in my heart to hold the memories of my dear Aunt Vicky (Bicky). I always felt a special bond with her, and will never forget how she made me laugh and supported my dreams.

When my dad told me about Vicky's passing an incredible sadness filled my heart, but at the same time I felt an overwhelming sense of peace that she is now in a place where pain and sorrow do not exist.

I love you Vicky, and I cannot wait to see you once again!

Crocketts,
We are so sorry to hear of Vicky's passing. Our thoughts are with you at this time.

Thanks for your post K. I always appreciated Vicky's enthusiasm and determination, even though I may have been a little jealous of her beauty and popularity. She was admired by many and I am sad to learn of her passing.

So many fond memories, my thoughts and prayers go out to all Vicky's family and friends. What a sweetheart.

Dear Kay (you're still Kay to me)
So sorry to hear of your sister's passing. May her sweet memory be with you. May God bless you all.
