Not sure what to say?

Vicky and I were friends at UW-Madison. Her smile will always be in my heart.

My deepest sympathy to the Meier family and her close friends for the loss of one of the classiest women I have ever known. Vicky was my accountant for 13 years. I was referred to her at one of the lowest points of my life. Her expertise was amazing but her warmth and care is what I will miss the most. Her life was truly a celebration and inspiration.

Dear Diane, Pearl, John, and family,
What can I say about a good and true friend of 55 years. Even though we were separated by distance and circumstance in our adult life, whenever there was an opportunity to help me, Vicky never hestitated to give support. Throughout my mother's two hospitalizations in Milwaukee, Vicky opened up her home to my sister, Cindy, and myself. Vicky welcomed us as roommates and close friends. I feel very blessed to have had such a true friend. I cherish all...

As the 1-21-08 Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel stated Vicky's clients became her friends. When I moved back to Milwaukee in 1989 & needed an accountant I was referred to Vicky by mutural friends. Over the years she was supportive of me and my friends & we will miss her dearly.

I knew that she had been ill for several years & I had talked to her on the phone during tax time, but I had not seen her until I saw her last fall following Al's Run. It really lifted my heart to see her & hear...

To all of the Meiers, my heart is heavy for all of you.
Chris, Emily and I are saddened to know Ms Vicky is no longer here with you. I know you all worked hard for her health. I understand that she had a last visit to Sanibel and enjoyed herself with all of you. That's a good memory to hold: warm sun, warm hearts, warm sand. The sands of time keep moving through the hour glass. Before we know it, we will all be walking on the beach with her.
Much love to all,
Nancy, Chris and...

My deepest sympathy to you Diane, and the rest of the Meier family. Vicky will be missed, but the good Lord will take care of her in heaven. Love and hugs to the family.

We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the Meier family. We did not know Vicky though it sounds like she was a wonderful person just like her mom, dad, and sister, Diane, whom we have/had the pleasaure of knowing. We are thinking of all of you - The Alger Family

While distance kept us from being "closer family" over the years, I always thought of Vicky as the cousin-in-law I could really identify with. I looked forward to sharing business and life ideas whenever we were together. Her strength thru her battle with cancer was just what I would have expected after seeing her wisdom, courage, and perseverance in other challenges in life. We will all miss her.

Vicky was such a wonderful neighbor, welcoming us all as we moved into our new condos in her building. She built community among all the new neighbors. She cared intensely about the building and the neighborhood and launched a neighborhood association to make it all better. We owe her much and are deeply saddened by her loss. We will work to build on the foundation that she established.
