A Submariner's badge of honor.

Our shipmate has gone on 'Eternal Patrol.' We honor the sacrifices he made for God, Country and Families. Qualifying in submarines is not easy, the way of life is challenging, rigorous and rewarding. We submariners are 'Brothers of the Phin' who share a common bond, no matter what era or type of submarine served on. Victor shall not be forgotten, we say 'Sailor rest your oars.' John Mansfield, Jr., Western Region Director, U.S. Submarine Veterans, Inc.

Thank YOU for your service and for keeping our Country free. Wish we had other individuals who loved and cared enough for our Country to serve to keep our FREEDOM!!!
