Dear Mrs. Bussie, I am truly sorry for your loss of Mr. Bussie. I had the honor of first meeting Mr. Bussie when I was a student nurse at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, La. This was back in the 70's when Mr. Frazier was the hospital administrator. We served on the same committee. He was a very kind and gentle man. He always showed his deep concerns for important issues. I will never forget him. May you find peace in the days ahead. God Bless You, Jan Samson R.N.

Organized labor has lost a gaint--a man of high integrity and compassion. Victor Bussie was a source of strength and inspiration to me during my tenure as president of the Baton Rouge Local, American Postal Workers Union. Douglas Mullins, Hutto, Texas

I'm praying for you Mrs. Fran and family. He will be greatly missed! He was a awesome man who have made a difference in the State of Louisiana and this Country!!! Thank you for sharing him with us.

My occasional contacts with Vic left a big impact on my sense of justice and human rights. I have the greatest admiration for both Fran and Vic.

Thank you for all you did for women, women candidates, and women who supported choice. My love to Fran.
