I just learned of Victor's passing. I worked with him at the USDA, Food and Nutrition Service for many years. He was a great person, always sharing bagels and candy with us :). I just heard of Vic's passing. He was a thoughtful and kind gentleman. He was very popular among his coworkers here at the Food & Nutrition Service, and volunteered to work with the agency's charitable activities. He had a good word for everyone. He was missed when he retired, and I'm sure he will be missed by his many friends and family. I'm glad to have been his coworker and friend.
