We are saddened by the passing of Victor and offer our deepest condolences to Judy, Laurie and Amy as well as to his brother Alfred. We met Victor's family in the spring of 1982. We had wonderful meetings with them and kept in touch with paper letters until a few years ago. Then technology arrived and traditional mail was no longer punctual, so we have stopped as not very familiar with that. We are sad about this but we have never forgotten them in our hearts.
