I just find out about Victor's passing. My love and prayers to his family and dear friends. We spent only a childhood together, but I will remember his kind heart and his contagious smile always. God Bless you Victor!

To the Cortes family My family's prayers will be that He will be close to you just as He was to close us in the passing of my brother John just a few years ago .And I am here to report that I still miss John dearly .But that my relationship with God has grown .Some days I feel that He came down and kissed me on the cheek when I remember Johnny and his smile and his laugh .I wish you hope and healing as we all grieve Victor 's passing . Vic.......where and how do you begin describing this AMAZING man? We've been truely spoiled beyond words to have had such a genuine friend to us and our extended famy. No gathering of friends would ever really feel complete until Vic was present. C.J., myself and Ellie have a huge void in our hearts because all the love we recieved from our beloved friend has been taken away all too soon. We love and miss you so much Vic, R.I.P. friend. Victor was truly special- a free spirit with a heart of gold. Proud son. Loyal friend. I will always remember his grin, the laughter and adventures we shared. And every February, every Super Bowl, every Fall Classic...I will sorely miss him.
