I remember Mr. DeGennaro with great fondness. He was like a second father to those of us who were his daughters' friends and he will be missed. My sincerest condolences to the family.

I am so sad to hear this news. Some of my best high school memories involve Vic. He truly loved his three girls and by extension loved all of their friends. Every time you entered the DeGennaro household you were surrounded by love and laughter. You did have to make sure that you were not the 13th person to arrive because you would find yourself waiting on the porch until you could sneak pass Vic and Josephine!
