Not sure what to say?

I am one of the most fortunate persons to know him. When I was a MSSD student, Vic was our first dean back in 1070s. In the evenings at the dormitory, we, the students enjoyed watching him telling us many stories. He was the most easiest for me and others to actually talk with him.

Sorry to hear of Victors death. We will remember the family.
God Bless

To the family of Victor, it's a GREAT loss to the Deaf community all over, but it's the Lord's GAIN. I've known Victor for a short time, but always respected him, loved him for who he is, he was a true gentleman, so kind and caring. I know he will be GREATLY missed by so many on this Earth, he has left a great legacy for many of us. I will never forget him. Please know that my heart goes to everyone who grieves the loss of a husband, father, grandfather, friend and many more. Victor...

This light is in memory of Vic Galloway from his friend, the late Nelda Kressin Barnes and her children, Violet, Bruce and Keith and their families of Spartanburg, SC May the Lord be with Victor's families during the difficult times.

He never shrinked from his vision where the deaf, not just to say "could," but "WOULD" rise to become prominent and productive members of society equal to others who are hearing. Even...
