GELLER--Victor B. The Yeshiva University family is saddened by the passing of Victor Geller, z"l, in Talpiot, Jerusalem. Geller graduated from YU High School of Brooklyn (1944), Yeshiva College (1948) and Wurzweiler School of Social Work (1950). He was also a YU honorary degree recipient in 2008....

I was sorry to read about your father's passing in the OU booklet this Shabbat. I remember you all fondly from the Geller Tour I was on in 1963. It was my first time in Israel, where I've been living since 1972. May Hashem comfort you among the other mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

Mr Geller. I'm a good friend of Don's son. I read about your service in the US Army during WW2 in the book, GI Jews. Thank you for your service to our country. I know you saw combat against the accursed Germans. You are a true hero & patriot. We will never have men like you again. The "Greatest Generation".
