Not sure what to say?

Victor, its been a while. I still go visit you and my mom time to time. You were the only father I had and even though it wasn't perfect and there were many hard times I'm forever grateful for your memory. I was blessed to have a step father who cared as much as you did for me and my mom. I could never stand the whistle it drove me crazy..... but i finding myself as time goes by doing it unconsciously and it reminds me of you .Hope your proud of who I became. Donnie

Victor was a great guy he was our family attorney for 40 years he always. Did us right victor, rest in peace my friend.

I worked as a secretary for Victor during the 50's and 60's and I would like to extend my sincere condolences to his children and loved ones. Victor was a kind man and always ready to extend a helping hand to someone that needed it.

What a down to earth guy. We always enjoyed running into him at Albertson's or wherever and having a little chat, always infused with some witty, humorous insights on his part. He always gave us free advice when we called on him and charged us very reasonably on all other matters. RIP Vic.

Victor was a good friend to me. For many years we met daily to start the day at the Sportscenter with good conversation and coffee. He was always ready to help a friend, and he had many. His high school graduating class at Anacortes meets every year, and they will miss him sorely. Victor loved Stan Boreson and lutefisk. His approach to life was colorful, and knowing him was never dull.

Victor was a successful man who understood that others may need a helping hand. He was a knowledgeable man who loved a good discussion and liked to interject his own favor of humor. He always seemed to be enjoying life no matter what. I can think of noone that can come close to replacing the indomitable spirit of Victor. PJA

What a wonderful witty man. He educated his clients, he didn't just represent them. When I drive Hewitt street, I always think of Victor. I loved his polyester suits, his Barney Miller style office, his fish, & his secretary. We walked into court & the first thing he said, "let's delay this, this judge hates me". We love honesty. RIP Victor! Prayers for the family.

Oh, what an interesting and quirky individual he was. RIP Victor. You will be remembered fondly.
