Not sure what to say?

Vic and I weathered some tough times in Houston in 1981 - 82 as CHEMCENTRAL made local management transitions in the face of a bust in the Texas oil driven economy. Vic was both an excellent leader and mentor to me and many others. I learned many things from Vic about life and business. Vic led by example and taught in a loving and caring manner. He was a friend and will be missed by all that new him. Best wishes to Lynn and the rest of the family.

Lynn and family:
So sorry for your loss. Vic was a very special nice man.

So long to a very good friend since June, 1958. Many memories of Vic are foever stored next to my heart. Thanks for everything.

We are so sorry for the loss of a very dear and respected man. We are also sorry we could not be there with the family. Victor was a man who truly loved the Lord and all who came in contact with him would know this just from the way Victor was. We always looked forward to our visit's to Texas and to the time we would be able to share with Victor and Thelma. Our reunions will not be the same. The absence of his presence will be felt deeply by all. Our heart felt prayers are with Thelma, Vicki,...

Vic was a great friend and mentor to many people including me. He was a caring person and was always available to help anyone who asked. Audrey and I have enjoyed our relationship with Lynn and Vic over the years and have wonderful memories of our many trips we took together. We will miss Vic very much

The Kampsen family is deeply saddened to learn of Vic’s passing. In business, he was a mentor and friend. He extended his graciousness, gentlemanly manner, kindness, and generosity to all those he touched. Vic always placed his natural concern for the individual above all other issues. He has touched many lives and left a legacy of kindness that all who knew him will long remember.

It was my pleasure to have worked for Vic in Houston. He not only helped my career with Chemcentral, but also taught me many valuable lessons about family, faith, and people. I cherished his guidance and friendship. He will be missed by me and my family.

Truly one of the most genuine & respected individuals I had the pleasure to work with. One of the few who treated people as he would want to be treated.

Unknown to Victor, but a friend to Betty Duncan.
