Work in progress, I am adding two photos. First Line: CPL VICTOR M. LANGARICA and another. This will have a narative added then donated to the dog training facility for veterans. SSGT Capener, ground force commander on that day. I am also donating another one to the aviation unit in Utah at their request. There are heros that day that paid the ultimate price. I am making sure they are never forgotten.

To the family and friends of Cpl. Victor M. Langarica:
It has truly been my honor to sign Victor's guest book these past few years. Unfortunately, due to complications from my Multiple Sclerosis, this may be the last message I'm able to write. Please forgive me and know that Victor will always be remembered in my home.
With love and respect ~ Peggy
