Jane, Nick, Lynn, and Tom I write for myself and my children, Matt, Danny and Vicky, who knew Vic and his family as close friends and of my lifelong friend and later financial adviser. Vic and Jane were also dear to my late wife, Susan. That Vic is no longer alive leaves an unbridgeable gap in our lives. My companion, Leila, joins us in remembering Vic.
