Vic was my cousin, military brother and good friend. He always had a kind word for everyone. Though I finished my military career at a different unit, it was a great honor to serve with Vic at the 117th. He will be greatly missed.

Knew Vic from my time with the 117th and deployed to Iraq with him in 2006. A genuinely kind man and easy to befriend. My condolences to the Long family.

So very sorry to hear of Vic's passing. I knew Vic from my time at the 117th and worked side by side with him during our deployment to Iraq. I know he will be missed by all who knew him. Thoughts and prayers to his family. Rest well my friend.

On Monday, our family and this world lost one of its angels; but heaven gained as it welcomed him with open arms. We will miss you Vic.
