Dear Gwen,Allene and John and all your family . So sorry to hear of your tragic loss. Vic left this Earth too soon. We send our sympathy and prayers to you in your time of sorrow. From (former neighbors) the Harres and the Stewards.

To the Family of Vic:
I knew Vic from Kingsway Regional High School where I graduated in 1988. He also went to Kingsway Baptist occasionally where I was a member at that time (I am now Catholic). We also worked together briefly for Paz Brothers at the Monsanto Delaware River plant. I am so thankful that Vic was a part of my life. I have prayed for him in life, and my prayers will follow him.
