Not sure what to say?

I WAS GOOD.buddies with Jerry his son.Got in trouble once and was put on Vic stick picking up garbage for 2 weeks.Used to have dinner at the mangini's house that Italian food was the best I ever had Mrs.Mangini was maestro of a cook.Yeah Vick was one helluva great guy.

Vic Mangini was my Uncle. I am proud to say that. I really got to know him in my early 20's when he traveled to the east coast in the summers with his wife Grace. He was a big burly guy with a raspy voice and a boyish grin. He made me laugh a lot. He was kind hearted and humble and definitely had a passion for kids, teaching, sports and politics and most of all he had a faboulous sense of humor. All of us who knew him were the lucky ones. I know he touched many lives and he will be missed by...

He was tough on me but I thought he was a great guy. I picked up a lot of campus litter at his urging.

It was my priilege to know Vic through the
local contacts in Burlingame. He and my
employer, William J. Crosby, were good friends
and fellow council members for the city of
Burlingame. He was a very good man.

I knew Vic from my days as a member of Burlingame Rotary. He was one of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Vic is in my prayers.

Vic was a mentor for me. If it wasn't for his kindness and love I never would have made it throu Burlingame High School, Class of 76. I shall never forget the day it snowed here, and we went to Skyline and brought snow back with us in a truck, and proceeded to have a snowball fight in the parking lot. The look of Vic's face was priceless. may God Bless him and his family. I was also fornunate to have met and got to know his son Jerry, small world!

The Manhattan College alumni community shares your grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself … any man’s death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
