Read MoreI often recalled my close relationship with "Vic" Masaki at Torrance High School (he was a year behind me) and was saddened to read (when looking him up on Google) that he passed away over two ears ago. My most sincere, although belated, condolences to his family - nd particularly his sister, Irene, my fellow THS classmate.

Victor and I went to school together, from Fern Avenue to Greenwood, to THS. We had no contact since then. I had a dream about the time he passed away: his name was mentioned as also residing near where I live now. In Germany. Perhaps he was saying goodby to those he once knew. May he rest in peace.
