Victor Matheson

Formerly known as Cheryl Eckstein of Powell TN. I have great memories of growing up with Victor and my brother and other friends. Victor was always very funny and smart.

He will be deeply missed by all who know him.

Deeply saddened to hear of Victor's passing. We had done great times running around when he lived in Powell. Thoughts and prayers are with his family.
