Just as you are, I am saddened to learn of Victor’s sudden passing. Victor and I worked together for 14 or 15 years. Victor managed the local office of his employer and I was his client. That said, our relationship was absolutely collegial. In his soft spoken way, Victor conducted business in the most professional manner and was fiercely loyal to me and my internal team and our mission at MassHealth. The world has loss a great person and friend to soon. There are no words that can be given to lose someone who meant so much to all of us and even harder that we all can't be together to say goodbye. Gordon and I are devastated by the loss of a life long friend to soon. Sending love and prayers to Jen, David, Maria , Rhonda, Anton, Mikael & Viktor. Rest in peace Vic, till we met again someday.
