Victor Owens

Victor Walter Owens, 85, of Ammon, passed away Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, at his home.

He was born Nov. 18, 1928, in Teton, to Mary Isabell Harrison Owens and Thomas Walter Owens. He grew up in Teton and graduated from St. Anthony High School in 1947.
