Victor Piper

Victorville resident Victor H. Piper, 90, died Nov. 12, 2004. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Kingdom Hall, 11424 Amethyst Road in Hesperia. Kern Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
