Dear Ramsey Family, my thoughts and prayers are with you and Vic.I am so very sorry. I still cant believe he's not here on earth.but I do believe his spirit is. It's with Mariah always.she is his daughter in so many ways. He is missed and in my thoughts daily and every time I look at Mariah. He is with her. I am still in shock that he is no longer here on earth with us. He was a friend to me in high school. Although time and distance grew he still found a way to check up on me. The last time i saw him he was wearing his Navy sailor attire with a huge smile. Thats how I will remember him, full of life. I will miss him dearly. I pray for his beautiful daughter Mariah and his family. I never said it to you, but I love you. Rest in Peace Victor A. Ramsey.

Victor was so fun to be around, he was always being silly and making others laugh. I enjoyed being a part of his life in high school. My deepest sympathy to his family. RIP Vic. This feels so surreal...
