To The Family of Victor Russell:

You have my deepest condolences in the lost of your love one.
Ronald (Black) and I was just in the city for a funeral on June 21st. We decided to take a drive in the 9th ward and Victor was the first person we can across. This was very shocking news to hear of his death. We say to the Family, to be strong and to keep the faith. He's in a better place now, singing and dancing with all of God's angel.
