Vic's great sense of humor, impeccable manners and that sharp, dry wit made him a real pleasure to be around. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.

To the Sarkissian Family,
It was with great sadness I read of Vic's passing. I knew him after he returned from Vietnam and was assigned to the Public Information Office at Hunter AAF, here in Savannah. He reported (ha, ha) directly to me. He was a great and likeable guy that served his county well. Like most of us, Vic wanted to finish his time and get on with the rest of his life.
