So sorry to hear about Vic. He became a close friend many years ago at the USAF Weather Observer School at Chanute AFB IL from the fall of 1951 to Feb 1952. He was a lot of fun and a true friend. Reconnected many years later around 2003 or so at an Air Westher Service Reunion. Attended several more with him. Got phone calls on occasion for years. A good man and friend. Mission accomplish ed Vic.

Thank you Mr Scarpelli for being an awesome human being. Through the difficult times of being a high schooler, my daughter always looked up to you. You were so loved by many. I must add that she is an excellent driver thanks to you : )

Psalm 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.

Dear Victor Jr. and family,
What a lovely tribute to your father, obviously a great man from a great generation of dads and moms. Thinking of you.
Dr. Nancy Wilson, former principal, AG Bell Elementary, Kirkland

Well Brothers,
We all knew this day would come, yet we thought that old man would live forever.

I just wanted you to know that he was a good friend, and it was my pleasure to work with and around him. It was always fun to come and visit one of his Driver's Ed. classes. His classroom demeanor was what I would call "Unique" but very effective and a lot of fun.

Just wanted to give my condolences, we know he is happy to be with his wife and Robert again. I hope I can live as...

I grew up living next to the Scarpelli's and will always be amazed with the talent and varied interests of Victor Scarpelli, Sr.

He was skilled in industrial arts and built most of the family home on his own. He always kept a lush vegetable garden that he'd tend to each and every day during the summer months. He was a beekeeper, a honey maker, coach, club advisor, teacher...

In 1979, when my father was hospitalized by the stroke that eventually took his life, Vic convinced my...

A Great man who raised a great family, he will truly be missed.

May angels greet him. Will miss his gentle smile and spirit. Our condolences....
