I meet victor around 20 years ago. He really helped me thur some personal issues; he helped me find my way. He sometimes laughed at the way i thought. Now that I look back, he should have rolled with laughter. He stuck by me, until I got my feet back on the ground. I'm very thankful for his friendship and guidance. He will alway have a special place in my heart as my friend, his favorite saying to me was ( Don't stay stuck in stupid) He was right. Rest in peace my friend

I first met Victor when I was in the 7th grade and he was in the 8th. I was 12, he was 13. We've been friends for 47 years. I will miss him. God Bless his family.
