VICTOR JOSEPH VELLA

My deepest condolences to the Vella family. I knew Vic as a great friend, marvelous drum teacher and fine drummer. We had so many great talks covering the drums and music in general. I will truly miss him.

Sorry to hear of Vic´s passing. I knew him from kindergarten at A.J. Rickoff then E.m. Williams and then through hanging around as neighbors - you on E. 188th and me on E. 186th really just 4 houses apart. He was always fun and a good boyhood friend. Although we hadn´t seen each other since my wedding 52 years ago, I thought of him and the rest of the guys over the years. May God grant him peace.

Paul and I offer our deepest sympathies to our special dear friend, Kathy Brennan, and to her loving family. We know Vic through all of the wonderful memories that Kathy has shared with us over the years. He was a wonderful brother to Kathy and a terrific uncle and great uncle as well!! He was a man who loved life and cared for his family deeply. So sad to hear of Vic's passing & Cathy's passing as well, Kathy. Thank God we have great memories of St. Henry's those were the days when we were all together starting our lives. Hope God will comfort you & your family Kathy, your brother Vic was very special. Geri
