I knew Victor when he was an OTC trader at Goldman in the late seventies and eighties. We did business personally and over the phone in those days. We were a small firm and I was 24, but he treated me like my 2000 share order was just as important as the 100,000 share orders he was doing. He was a true gentleman. May he rest in peace.
